- Design Accuracy Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. Our graphic artists will typically design your memorial in our office while you watch. We will print out the finished design, once you are satisfied, then ask for your signature of approval before we produce anything. Once everything has been approved and finalized, we will then produce your memorial exactly like your computer-generated design. It’s that simple!
- What if the customer makes a mistake? Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide us, along with the proper facing of the memorial. We work with our customers to prevent mistakes on the placement of the memorial, spelling, and dates; however, sometimes customers make a mistake or receive wrong information and give their final approval before catching their error. After the final approval has been given, if the memorial has not been produced, we can make changes easily. If the memorial has already been produced and/or installed, we will work with you and your family to provide options, based on your unique situation.
